About me
I obtained my Graduate Degree, an MSW, from the University of Washington in 2008 with a focus in providing clinical therapy from a relational and psychodynamic perspective. I have used my clinical training in a medical context for several years and had the pleasure of working at Seattle Children’s Hospital, Lucile Packard Hospital at Stanford Medical Center, the University of California, San Francisco and Kaiser Permanente. In my private practice I enjoy working with diverse clients with myriad experiences. Providing psychotherapy is an honor and a privilege and I am grateful every day to be in this work.
I am dedicated to focusing on the unique experiences of my clients, on what led them to my door, and walking the path forward together.

In my free time I enjoy dipping into as many artistic modalities as possible, making a mess, challenging myself in the kitchen, cuddling with my small dog and cats, restorative yoga, gardening, and day-long meditations.
